Refund policy

Participation in any class or workshop must be pre-booked and pre-paid.
For the Natural Dye Batik Class: there is a 100% refund for cancellations more than 24 hours before the start of class, and a 50% refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the start of class.
For the 2-Day Studio Introduction: there is a 100% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before the start of class, and a 50% refund for cancellations less than 7 days before the start of class.
For Studio Day Use, cancelation must be at least 24 hours before the start of a member's booked studio day to maintain credit. Late cancellation will result in loss of credit.
